My dog likes to eat rabbit poop. Its pretty gross and getting kinda annoying.

Does anybody know how I can stop this from happening?

Dogs are so messed up. Mine gets into the cat litter box and eats poop. We had to move it to where he couldn't get to it.

As for the rabbit poop, I don't know what you could do. I have a friend who had a dog that would eat its own poop. What is up with some dogs?

Our dogs do that too. It drives me crazy. I guess it's better than eating the whole rabbit, but I don't want them to get sick. I did a little bit of research and found that the technical term is 'coprophagy' which basically means "eating poop." Sites like the one below say it's because they are anxious or that the poop contains B vitamins. It's still no excuse.

The thing that really pisses me off is that she starts hacking afterwards, doesn't look like any enjoyment what so ever.
